  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

  • Yes. If your package is confirmed lost during transit, Archi Crest offers a full refund or replacement without requiring any return.

  • No. For products damaged during shipping or affected by manufacturing defects, customers are not required to return the item in order to receive a refund or replacement.

  • If you would like to return a product for personal reasons, you must send the item back at your own expense. Once Archi Crest receives and inspects the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Customers may request a refund or return within 30 days from the date of purchase. For order cancellations without any reason, requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.
